Early this year, my time at Angel One came to an end. I feel contented with the problems I get to work on - onboarding, activation, and cross-sell.
Right now, I’m being deliberate about what I choose next.
What I’m working on
- AI and the changing shape of software - I’m exploring what happens when software becomes significantly cheaper to build: smaller teams, more agentic products, conversational interface, and a changing role for product managers.
- Building as a way of thinking - I’m using AI to build products, agents, and workflows myself. Testing what is possible now.
- Reworking my own operating system - I’m also experimenting with how I work, learn and take care of myself, with more attention to energy, habits and how I want to spend my time.
I’m also spending time with founders and operators, looking for the next problem and team I want to commit to.
What I’m thinking about
- What does growth and distribution look like when everyone can build?
- How will AI change consumer behaviour? Especially with voice and conversational interfaces.
- How can I use AI without outsourcing my taste?
